The Lemon Miracle

 

My Dear friends. 

 

 

There is a saying in the oldest texts of Traditional Chinese medicine, that a good 

 

 

doctor treat diseases by preventing illness before it began “treating an illness afte  it

 

 

has began is like suppressing revolt after it has broken out… If someone digs a well

 

 

when thirsty, one can not help but ask: are not these actions to late”

There is myriad ways of health preservation methods, every school of thought may 

 

 

teach you its best way, but one thing is similar among them all and it’s the connection 

 

 

between Spirit and Form (the physical body). Form and spirit are inseparable from 

 

 

each other, and during health cultivation/preservation both spiritual and physical 

 

 

exercise are stressed. The basic 5 rules of health preservation are : Moral quality, 

 

 

Breathing exercise, physical exercise, mental health and diet. 

 

 

For a start I wrote a few simple daily routine acticity that nearly any one of you can

 

 

do, just say “I do”. 

 

 

Here are some basic daily routine and some diet advice to maintain your health: 

 

 

1. Drink 200-400 ml of warm water( never drink ice cold water), mixed with half of 

 

 

fresh lemon juice, when getting up in the morning, before eating. This will help kick-

 

 

start the digestion process for the day.

 

 

            The Benefits of Lemon:

 

*Aids Digestion and cleanses your digestive system from unwanted materials 

 

 

and toxins. Aids in detoxification by stimulating the Liver function. 

 

 

*Lemon increase the rate of urination in the body, therefore toxins from the 

 

 

urinary tracts are released. 

 

 

*Boost you immune system. Lemons are high in vitamin C and Saponins which 

 

 

have antimicrobial and anti inflammatory effects. 

 

*Balance pH levels. Lemons are one of the most alkalizing foods for the body. 

 

 

It can help to remove overall acidity in the body, including uric acid in the 

 

 

joints, which is one of the primary causes of pain and inflammation

 

 

*Clears Skin. The vitamin C component as well as other antioxidants helps 

 

 

decrease wrinkles and blemishes and it helps to combat free radical damage. 

 

 

The vitamin C contained in the lemon rejuvenates the skin from within your 

 

 

body.
