What marvalous changes can a healthy diet make within your body and soul. One can choose to go vegan or be vegeterian, or have dairy and meet, all is correct, as long as you keep a few rules of thumb:
1. Every meal have all 5 colours (red, green, yellow, white, black ) on the plate
2. Eat till you 80% full
3. After meal massage your tomach area with a circles movement -with and anti clockwise.
4. Eat what is in season
5. Have Carbohydaete, Protein, fruit and vegtables in each meal
